Matra

Founded in 1919 as Marx & Traube GmbH, Matra was an engineering firm based in Frankfurt, Germany. Since 1931, it specialized in the production of high-quality, specialty tools and machines for automotive repair. In 1938, the company was renamed Matra-Werke GmbH. In 2007, Matra-Werke was acquired by US-based SPX Service Solutions, and then later merged with Bosch Automotive Service Solutions GmbH.
